These days I've been working in primarily Go, Postgres, and AngularJS, but I'm also well-versed in Rails and Sinatra. I am versatile enough to adapt to your languages/tools and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Some relatively recent projects include:
- A command-line utility for batch-sending email from a CSV https://github.com/zachlatta/postman
- A website that connects homeless shelters with restaurants and volunteer groups that want to help, but don't know how. It won Hack for LA (LA Times article: http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-la-hackathon-201...).
- A web service that let's you embed LaTeX in standards-complient markdown (like GitHub readmes) https://github.com/texit/texit
