1. Has there been any independent verification of combatant "use" of the hospital? (No)
2. Has there been any independent judgement that any "use" justified the killing of so many innocent civilians: doctors, rescuers, journalists, etc.? (No)
3. Is it moral to knowingly kill so many innocent civilians: doctors; rescuers; journalists; etc, just because doing so makes it easier for you to kill somebody you unconvincingly claim was a combatant and unconvincingly claim was launching attacks from there? (No)
