Elon Musk finally does the responsible thing and acknowledges his LiDAR-less cars are not ready to self-drive.


As if the LIDAR-equipped cars are, and not merely snarling SF traffic when they see a traffic cone, lose their minds, and shut down in the middle of the street.

Maybe we have to accept 'rickshaw attendant' is one job that's relatively secure from AI.
