Found better approach and implemented a Chrome extension that automatically adds -ai to your searches, so it filter out AI summaries:

The plugin has been submitted to the Chrome Store but has not been approved yet. It is super lightweight and will be better to install locally on its own. I personally don’t trust Chrome Store plugins :) So, you can download the archive, review the source and load it unpacked from chrome://extensions
