It's really annoying we only get public reports on proprietary system failures when there are high profile deaths (and sometimes not even then).

Just because something didn't go wrong this time doesn't mean the risk is gone, and doesn't mean the rest of humanity wouldn't benefit from knowing every little thing that went into creating risks that were only detected after crewed launch.


Welcome to modern capitalism though where that isn't even a secondary concern.


This is one of those rare times I’ll agree we could use a gulag.


No need to pull capitalism into this. Neglect and cover-ups happen in all systems.
