We've used Digital Ocean for years. But in the last few months, our bandwidth to their NYC3 datacenter is now measured in kb/s.
We've had numerous support tickets opened with them and nothing ever really gets resolved.
MTR traces shows one of their outbound peers is the problem and is experiencing major packet loss.
We are positive that the issue should be resolved. If not, please let us know while confirming the ticket number so we may proceed with it.
