Ah, you're afraid of sudden price changes? That makes sense, though (at least for my frame) I cache the responses, so after a few days I don't make any more API calls, everything comes from the cache.
Limiting contamination is a good first step, but I'm of the mind that anything that doesn't need a cloud service shouldn't use one. To each their own though
