A new name always take time to disseminate after a rebranding, especially when the change is controversial. The most glaring example being X.

The decision to change the name has been taken by the Coq team, but I believe they do not want the new name to be used until it has been acted administratively, legally and technically (e.g. the documentation should mention the new name and be hosted on rocq.inria.fr).

True, W(indow), X, Xfre86, X.org. And you might thought that they would have come with Y and Z next, but no they throw Wayland (name after some locality) instead in your face. How do you want to follow this stuffs? :D

There was a Y windowing system.
