Hi everyone,

I want to share a personal journey with you, a journey that challenged me, broke me, but ultimately helped me find myself. For 6 long years, I fought with depression. It was a really hard battle, with a lot of tears, endless worrying, and really low self-confidence. I felt like I was stuck in a deep, dark hole and couldn't get out.

I really tried hard to get better. I talked to 5 different therapists, all with different ways of doing things. I tried different kinds of therapy too, like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and many others. But nothing seemed to make a difference.

Just when things seemed hopeless, I found something that helped. It's called Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. It was different from everything else I tried, and it really spoke to me.

This therapy changed everything. For the first time in years, I saw a path out of the darkness. It made me see that my depression wasn't my enemy; instead, it was like a friend trying to keep me from getting hurt. It was taking care of a little, hurt child inside me who got hurt a long time ago.

Now, I want to help others who might be going through the same thing. I want to help others to embrace and love ALL their emotions, even those that might seem dark or frightening. To help with this, I've created a course that can guide you if you're stuck in the same kind of dark place I was in.
