LED flicker is 50 or 60 Hertz, this technology would be Giga-Hertz. And it's infrared. Your eyes won't see a thing.

50 or 60Hz is low enough that even people who aren't sensitive can notice it. Cheap LED lighting more often flickers at 100 or 120Hz, using a bridge rectifier with a series capacitor to limit the current.
