I work on FHE at Google. We don't yet have production clients, but we're basically working to get it production ready and find the right use cases. Other companies involved in FHE are Zama, Duality, Intel, Inpher, Cryptolab, and a handful of companies working on hardware accelerators. In my view, the one company that has a bona-fide production application is Cryptolab. As I understand it, their work is used to do private contact tracing for COVID in South Korea.
