This agreement is a big deal, and allows dev to keep rights to all IP developed on their own time. It would be good if there is more pressure on employers who have been using employment agreements that automatically take ownership of IP developed by developers outside of work hours, on dev's own gear.

Nice. I might take a stab at revising this for client-contractor relationships based around the scope of work for demarcation lines.
