A fascinating insight into German's minds at the end of the war.

We know how it turned out, but back then this prediction probably did not seem all that inconceivable.

For lack of better word, his "whining" that Britain and America turned against Germany, is also interesting, e.g.:

> A tiny extension of Germany into purely German territories to the East was sufficient ground to see a threat to the European balance of power.


Fascinating read. Historical documents have a way of throwing you back into the times to see the world as the authors saw it. There's so much to wonder about this text, dated 25th Feb 1945, in light of the hopelessness of the German situation.

I'm not sure where to begin.
