Let's just say, the sudden upswell in advocacy and promulgation just seems non-"organic" and seems more like coordinated memetics. For example as another kind of ordinance which is more organic is the adoption of bans or phasing out of gas-powered leaf blowers. Also, second-hand smoke from puffed weed is detrimental to non-smokers' health --can I expect the same virality?
