Mac OS Ventura Issues
I plug my laptop to the same 2 screens every morning. Every couple of days, the laptop is just unable to deal 4k resolution to the main screen.
Rebooting sometimes helps, actually shutting down and then starting up again fixes it every time

Same here, just for the refresh rate (I have 165Hz monitors, love the smoothness). I don't see any pattern to it, whatsoever.
