Many of her Facebook friends still wish her happy birthday every year. I just cannot think how sad that must be for the husband.

Lots of people visit cemeteries on the birthdays of the deceased. Better to celebrate the birthday than the death day.

Lots of mutual Facebook friends of mine and my deceased friends with them happy birthday, and they all know that the person is deceased.
