I am looking to get an approx 12x8 backyard shed to serve as my office. I have a large fence so looking for something that comes in sections and can have AC/electrical. Any recommendations?
Where are you located (i.e., what are the weather temps / storms like)? Windows? No windows? Approx budget? Any local zoning considerations? Why not DIY?
Upstate of SC (so AC is a must), prefer windows, up to 20k budget. Have to get approval from HOA. Spousal attention is directed to this project so no room to DIY and mess it up 3 times :)
TBH DIY wouldn't be that hard. Long before the internet my father got books from the library and - sans the cement work / foundation - put an addition on the house. And yeah, a small 8 x 8 shed out back.
I'm confident YouTube could guide you. Just job out the electrical for safety's sake ;)
