The Minor Attracted People (MAPs, as they are commonly known, more information here: https://clcjbooks.rutgers.edu/books/a-long-dark-shadow-minor...) have some acceptance from the LGBTQ+ community so Twitter could not go after them. Imagine if Hotmail blocked sending "gender affirming treatments" back in the 90s. Microsoft would get in big trouble now. Given the trends, a company like Twitter wouldn't actively do anything openly about child abuse... for when pedophilia is normalised and commercialised, they will get in trouble.
