QEMU now directly supports using the HyperV hypervisor via the Windows Hypervisor Platform by using the "-accel whpx" option. This gives you the benefits of HAXM-like speeds in QEMU without needing to disable HyperV, WSL, and Docker. It also works on both AMD and Intel processors and supports nested virtualization.
