Wouldn't waste your time applying. No communication beyond first automated email acceptance when I applied 4 months ago. If you make us fill out all the junk, you can send at minimum a 1 sentence rejection notification.
Please don't break the rules at the top of the thread. I know that some companies have poor hiring practices, but the job ad thread isn't a good place to litigate this, because there's no way to look into both sides of the story. Not saying you're wrong—it's just the principle.
