Wow, that looks bad. It's one thing to stay neutral and promote crypto-related projects, but it's another thing to promote obvious scams and ponzi schemes.

One of the followups says:

If that's true, maybe making a 501(c)(6) wasn't a bright idea.

A 501c6 can certainly decide what to tweet about. That is a separate question from just who can pay to be a member.
