Yeah, it's a filter we actually got from management at one company. They were looking for specifically agreeable type of developers. It was a consultancy and they needed to put 5 more developers on one of their big clients, and the client was getting sick of the previous people we had there; they were constantly fighting back against their idiots of managers.
