To be fair, "guy who used to be President of the Windows division at Microsoft" is about as authoritative a source as you're going to get on this sort of stuff.
It’s been fascinating to see how often Sinofsky comes across like an Apple fanboy (and I say that as an unashamed fan of Apple). He seems like he genuinely appreciates the way Apple conducts business.
