This is similar to how I feel. The internal chips are irrelevant if nobody else can buy and use them. The product is the laptop.
People who are used to Apple laptops and like using them, will love this new laptop. People who did not look favourably upon Macbooks, still have no reason to, except maybe battery life. But even there, AMD laptops are reaching 9-10 hours easily, which may be more than good enough for many users.
