but it's a cat and mouse game to effectively disable your hardware because you can't use any of the software you want to use with it?
i feel like simply not playing is the real way to win this game. otherwise facebook still profits

I don't know, I really enjoyed my jailbroken Wii back in the day, so there's definitely precedent for this.
