I use this on my Android device. Besides showing the stanrdard synrhing ui, I like small extras like the "run conditions", where I can force to run it when I need to, even on battery AND lte.

This fork is an example of "here's a good thing (syncthing) with some features thought out with attention to detail".

I will pay for an iOS client that can sync pictures natively (I can pre-pay).
