I'm missing Quectel, which does excellent Cortex-M4 combos with radio chips (eg MT2565 + Broadcom's)

seems difficult for a country to become an impactful chip maker when they make it so hard to buy & use chips. it'll be interesting to see if more normalized markets ever emerge for Chinese cores.
