I would like to analyse my data acquired from personal data GDPR requests to FAANG. I would download them to one of my devices and process them. I could then decide to delete the data I don't want them to have. Are there any open source tools that can do it offline?

Also, can I request personal data from Facebook shadow profile if I don't have an account?
