Do you know what's the worst of all of this? It's that less than 40% of the populace is supporthing this government and most of those people are either paid down or outright intimidated by them.
Yet somehow through the use of gerrymandering, extortion, and other shady maneuvers they managed to maintain a 66%+ majority which is enough for them to control everything.
This is an autocracy, there is no question about it. The problem is that whenever the sanctions come it will punish the general populace, not the mafia which is what you call the Hungarian government.
