Hey Hackers, I’ve built a customer support AI platform that lets you create AI agents trained on your own docs/website, set up a support inbox, and automatically handle customer tickets with AI responses.
Creating AI agents - Create an AI agent and upload your text/website URL in source to train the agent. Wait for indexing to be completed.
Automatic AI response - Go to Automations > enable the AI response automation to let the AI agent reply to your customer supports tickets received via email.
