I'm curious, is this an open-source project? I would love to have a look into how you built this. If not, well, no worries.

No, sorry - it's very much commercial code (it's our startup). Though it's 90% unicorns and dragons :-)

I bought a Lafité here: http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/notebooks/lafiteII/.

I believe it is a rebranded Clevo, which is custom-built for you. Lately, I changed the WiFi card without any issue. You can also change the SSD if you want, same for the RAM. The best parts are: Build quality, price (you don't pay for the OS, only if you want to and you get to pay for parts you want), keyboard is nice, lightweight and screen is great.

I have everything in ~/dotfiles which is a git repository here: https://github.com/dmarcoux/dotfiles. Basically, I use GNU Stow to symlink what I need. I have master which contains common config and one branch per computer. Everything is explained in the README, in more details if you want do know more. It's not perfect yet, I still have some small irritants, but I'm quite happy with this setup.

One easy way to start is to exercise 3-4 times a week right after waking up. I do it for 20 minutes and I feel better. If I don't exercise enough, I feel guilty and also feel like crap after a few days as I do sit a lot (programming and video games)

You could also use GNU Stow, which is a symlink farm manager. Here's an example on how to use it with dotfiles: https://github.com/dmarcoux/dotfiles
