Does it index new reddit content? I refuse to use Google, DDG doesn't seem to surface much new reddit content.

Currently settled on Kagi but the price is a little steep, happy to support EU based services.

My wife did just share she recently gets reddit at the top of long-tail searches, and I _believe_ her primary search provider is Mojeek.

I said recently, but I meant "frequently". Too late to edit, now.

I'm sure some of our providers do, but I can check, if you don't want to. What would be a search that would reveal that?

We (DuckDuckGo) does if you add reddit to the query; that forces our reddit module to show.

There's nothing to appeal. Statute of limitations is... just that.

IANAL but civil statute of limitations is based on when the prosecuting party reasonably discovered they were wronged and had legal recourse, not when the event happened. It is entirely possible to debate when that was in this case.

For criminal cases at least, the statue of limitations is not set in stone. But probably for civil, its much more cut and dry.

Criminal law actually has very specific statutes of limitation as well, depending on the crime.

Cross examination is one of the vanishingly few times you can see billionaires and executives act like human beings instead of sentient PR scripts.

There is nothing that comes out of this fight. Open AI has lost to Anthropic and Google already. And Musk needs to be in prison.

It would just burn more cash unless he can somehow go back in time and change the facts.

There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it!

I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America.

Parent is what we call a cyber soldier in Iran. They probably were on the streets in the past weeks shooting at protesters.

And then in the same article he goes to write that Firefox "will evolve into a modern AI browser", which makes AI sound like an intrinsic trait. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence if you ask me.
