Plenty of folks first learn they’re infringing when they get a demand letter. Unless you ask it, I’m not sure it’s on the LLM to search for prior art and patent conflicts.

Looks like there's equivocation about "bankrupt" and "broke". To me you can be broke without going through the legal bankruptcy process.


Because at the end of the day, someone has to own the code, so some lines have to be drawn no matter how arbitrary they seem.


I believe they're saying that the checkboxes are window dressing, not an accurate reflection of what the LLM has done.
