The current name is: "Leaning Buddhism with Dhammadharani". The word "Leaning" should read as "Learning".
I wanted for the 60 days and tried renaming it to "Learning Buddhism in English with Dhammadharani" but there is no approval of rejection of the rename.
What are my option is trying to get this corrected?
Many of these system now a days use automation with little human oversight. Algorithms classify and block accounts. The little human oversight is inadequate to even verify what happened. I believe support is spread thin with cost saving and automation.
Yesterday was the Sinhala and Tamil new year. There was a Viber message with the ability to send stickers wishing Friends and Family. I clicked on this and selected my contacts to send greeting.
My account got blocked!
I contacted support who unblocked it but it got blocked again without me sending any messages or doing any things. The I got a message saying it is blocked again and unblocked again. The finally a message from the Viber support saying it is blocked again. I tried to send 2 test messages to my family which read "hi" and "test" some where during this time, but to one recipient only.
This is a relatively new number I got hence I want to get Viber unblocked on it as I want to start using this more. Also I don't see I have done anything wrong. The message I sent was the ticker they provided with contact I had in my address book also clicking on the "send sticker" button in the Viber message. There was no indication of how many greetings I could send, hence I selected my Viber contacts.
Many of my friends and family has also sent greeting to many common friends without issues. I am trying to figure out what might have gone wrong for this to happen:
- Since this is a new number I am not sure if the recipients all had this number saved.
- Also some numbers in my contacts may be out dated and used by new users as cell companies recycle numbers.
