A web application targeted toward educational institutions is not enough information. Potential customers for one service or products are completely different for another product. Think about books and sports. If you really want some good advice then provide more information about your application. That is a weak input is not a fountain for a great output.
It is always a good idea to be in the chain, one gives other receive and we take some benefit from it. But the difficult point is how are we going to be in the middle?

As is generally well known men are all different from one another, so this force can also make you punch in other parts of your body or hit someone near from you. So these experience can't no be summed up in one tidy little package since there is a wide deviation.
