It is about safety but you can put up a fence and then only allowed trained people inside. Which means you can say if you get killed it is your fault and the courts will back it (ask a lawyer for the books of fine print)

If true, this would be an extraordinary outcome few would have predicted. With $1.4B cash on hand, significant asset value in the form of the most advanced 8 in. fab and a massive materials factory underway, I don't understand why there aren't acquisition offers.
