VA loan is for military and veterans only. It’s a perk for military service, of which there aren’t many. As a vet I’ve used it twice, though I support the program being wider to cover other national service like Peace Corps etc.
Subsidized loans, healthcare, and education - the three most expensive aspects of trying to live in America today. Hardly seems like the perks are lacking.

Very nice. I made it anxious by talking about weekend plans then how I was going to a show with all my closest friends. Then I begged the bot to join us. The anxiety went away but I made it worse again by begging. This is spot on.
I talked about my cute cat which made it happy and then I asked it to take care of my cat tomorrow. That triggered an anxious response which kind of makes sense but I wonder if a more accurate response would have been not replying at all. Or agreeing to the direct request
That is a good point. I think anxiety can take many different forms one being lying and just saying yes to something, creating excuses, or not responding. It would be cool to simulate all the different potential responses.
Did you not see the part where applicants info was exposed? Make a few bucks by selling their data to <whoever> is 10000x worse than the chatr dev not securing the files.

Actually downloading the data from a hack and selling it is expressly illegal.
Now if the person/group you're selling to expresses illegal actions as a result, you have a duty not to sell. So, don't ask, and dont tell!
The real solution: companies all should allow for bug bounties and good-faith reporting and proper compensation for reported issues. But as long as they don't another group WILL pay.
Yup have done that. For that you can add a prompt in settings something like "summarise the following text and give a TLDR" or make one as "Give the TLDR of the following text VAR_SELECTED_TEXT", give a name to this prompt. Then select the text of long post, right click and click the prompt you made.
Likely, though for companies w very skilled (expensive to replace) labor there is much sensitivity re hybrid or WFH. A lot of Bay Area companies are simple downsizing and moving closer to those employees who will be in office. Win win
