phewphoria

Well, at least something good came out of this incident.

Perfect.

Yup, that works.

it has to sound like a german word though

Is there a word for a feeling that there's gotta be a German word for this niche feeling?

You mean like when the Wortzusammensetzungsverdacht just hits you? (yeah, I just made that up, that's the beauty)

Fremdverfehlungserleichterung?

Entlastungvergnugen?

puhphorie

Looks really nice! Any plan to add social aspect like comments, likes and such?

Thought about it, but not sure yet. Not too many user yet for that sort of thing.

I'm building something similar with a bit more of a social angle (has comments, likes, and reposts) at lynkmi.com. If you sign up to the waitlist it's a very very short wait!

will have a look!

Fish is the way to go! Used to be a fan of ZSH but also struggled with performance issues. No performance issue with Fish! Only issue might be plugins / some copy/paste bash stuff, but it's so worth the performance.

Oh wow that's pretty cool, been working on something similar to that for my local assembly!

I was thinking about something like this for county and city level meetings.

Have you tried push notifications through a PWA? Not sure it works but could skip the need for Twilio & £20 budget!

https://push.foo/

Pushover is $7 one-time, you can push notifications via a simple api. Having a machine hosted on, say, fly.io waking up once a day, fetching open meteo data and pushing via the pushover api would effectively cost $0/month.

There's a similar app called alertzy that is free to install and (within reason) free to use too. I've recently started using for washing machine notifications.

Looks quite relevant for Vision Pro, transparent screens, AR and such. I think that's the rational. Maybe a transparent iPhone screen coming up?

You can also do the same with OpenAI Codex (with Ollama for example):

1. ~ codex --provider ollama 2. Run: /model 3. Pick your model 4. Profit!

Had in mind to build something like this for quite some time to quickly explore undocumented APIs - looking forward to see your progress!

Thank you!
