Is it really an affordable situation with the current pricing of the RPI to setup a computer cafe for the kids who don't have access to the computers and internet ?
Access to Internet, thankfully and recently, has become super affordable by my own standards to give away. I have a 100Mbps fiber from Airtel (I have US/Europe calls all the time) at around USD 15 (INR 900) / month. I could easily get another for the cafe.
Rent for a small garage would be about USD 35 / month. Electricity would not cross USD 50 / month.
Quality Software : Yes, this is becoming more and more important and is overlooked at many levels. With more of our infrastructure, lives and the future of humanity in the hands of a bunch of software & hardware. We need to take things a tad bit more seriously. I believe this is not yet a big problem but it is becoming one.

I guess everyone has a point in life they realise they are not in the same mental state they want to be in. Growing up with lot of issues in the family and financial trouble. I kind of dumped me into work head first and used that as a tool to distract myself from everything around me. No social life. No hanging out with the friends, family or co workers.
While I did good at work I was kind of viewed as the serious person whom you don't go to for small talk. On top of that added up more responsibility with our necessarily getting more benefits( since am not that fun person to hang out with or to be around) This put me in an eternal state of anxiety with every increasing load of work and my issues compounding.
It finally led to a burnout of massive level where I started hating my work and gave up reading or writing anything technical. I couldn't force myself to even write a small program. I constantly doubted myself. Kicked myself for all the small things and abused myself literally.
Then finally I came to terms and took a break. Accepted that work is just another part of the whole life. No one dies if I don't work for a day or fail to deliver the project. But, there are people in my life who get worried if I don't call them in a week. Its good to have the around and value them.
Again, don't have any practical solutions but you need to know the value of the things you are dealing with. You need to prioritise them at each level.
I think of journaling as a log to debug myself and it has helped me out so well in finding out lot of physical health issues and mental states which I want to cultivate and avoid.
yes, exactly this. You can always read and re-think about the past and try to find better solutions for the future problems that has happened in the past.

I love wikipedia as much as anybody I have known. I currently don't donate but would love to once my situation changes. Their donation request is the most horrible one I have seen. They should definitely work on their tone and presentation. Having said that I feel they shouldn't need to ask for donation because they are basically providing the top search results for most of the search engines and Digital voice assistants like Alexa and should be able to have a stream of income from the big corps with out effecting their integrity.

How do you approach a reverse situation. Where you are working with a small team and there are lot of moving pieces. I work for a small org which builds and maintains their own in-house software. It's not a single product, more of a duct tape of tools. Given a team size of 10 people and ~50 projects, like a bunch of cli tools, web applications, desktop applications, written by many people and passed down legacy stuff, how would one organise the team and drive the development effort.
