Wow...I am really glad Ford decided to do this. There is a huge advertising market in radio right now that a potential partnership between Ford and Spotify will expose. For people will no access to smartphones/data plans, this will finally be a chance for them to listen to what they want whenever they want on the road!
I completely agree. Twitter's motto of simplifying their current product definitely steepens the hill to justify their value. But then again, the whole concept behind Twitter is a simple microblogging service. Very hard to monetize this unless they expand...

Yeah as well as text messages, phone numbers (for importation into other contact systems) etc. backed-up and archived for work/business (even personal) purposes.
