I'm a software engineer who's transitioned from IT support, where I learned to troubleshoot and solve technical issues in fast-paced environments. That experience gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving and a knack for keeping things running smoothly. Since moving into software engineering, I've co-developed Reverb (https://reverb-app.github.io ), an event-based workflow orchestration engine, and contributed to ZenML's Visual Studio Code extension ( https://www.zenml.io/blog/dag-visualization-vscode-extension ), working on features like DAG rendering. This journey from IT support to engineering has given me a unique perspective and a well-rounded skill set that I'm excited to bring to new challenges.
