Radio Standards Specification RSS-247, issue 3, Digital Transmission Systems (DTSs), Frequency Hopping Systems (FHSs) and Licence-Exempt Local Area Network (LE-LAN) Devices, replaces RSS-247, issue 2, dated February 2017.

Six months from the release date of Issue 3 is a transitional period, during which both versions of Issue 2 and Issue 3 can be used. After the transitional period (March 3, 2023 to February 2, 2024), only Issue 3 is accepted
