What if I prompt a first AI to create a detailed prompt from the original resource, and then ask a second AI to create the resource from that prompt ? The AI creating the resource have never seen the original.

> The continued shortage of software engineers, coupled with research showing that AI tools are particularly beneficial for junior developers

Am I living in a different timeline than these guys ?

In my timeline, the tech job market is terrible, and AI is the worst for junior developers, because they aren't learning what they should by doing.

There's a shortage of software engineers, but not a shortage of people who have those job titles.

Aka, 80% of the work being done by 20% of the people. The problem is you still have to hire the other 80% of the developers to also get those 20%

My uncle has a farm, and at some point he installed a machine to hot-air dry the hay. Seemed like a huge investment to me, but turn out the cows love this hay way more than before, and therefore are producing significantly more milk, of higher quality. Higher quality milk means you can sell it more expensive.

So cow's quality of life increase the quality and the quantity of milk. Moreover most farmers I know would rather have happy animals, their living depends on them !

No practical experience here but from my YouTube adventures I've seen cows loving the warm fermented silage.

Very interesting read. The format of the article is weird at first, but we get used to it.

These days we rely more and more on datasets bigger and bigger, and the sheer size / apparent quality of datasets curated by machine makes them an attractive option to smaller, human-curated datasets.

This article is eye-opening about the shortcomings of such approaches.

Same here. My solution was to use the Brave browser and setup custom filters to block the doomscrolling part of the website. I did it with Reddit and youtube, so now no video is shown in the homepage of Youtube, and no list of posts shown in Reddit.

Still, I can use the search bar of youtube, and I can access single Reddit post (from a google search for example).
