I see your point (and thanks for watching out for the quality of the thread!), but as long the post comes from someone at a specific company hiring for that specific company, it's ok that they link to an external site like that.

What that rule is intended to avoid are recruiters and generic job boards posting ads to the Who Is Hiring threads.
