It was very difficult to get my Ticketmaster Account closed. VERY DIFFICULT. I will never do business with them again. Writing a letter worked … info follows:

I tried calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 … this failed.

Eventually, I was told I needed to write a letter addressed to:

Ticketmaster - Fan Support 1000, Corporate Landing, Charleston, WV 25311

Subject Line: Request to COMPLETELY Close Account and delete information for [Your Name]

To Whom It May Concern:

Please completely close my account and delete my personal information with Ticketmaster. My account information follows: etc.,

NOTE: It took two months, but eventually my account was closed and the information was deleted.

I wish you good luck and hope the above information is helpful, I would love to have understood what I needed to do from the beginning.

I appreciate your sharing your experience, I’m sure it will help others and/or provide a note of caution. I once lost thousands of emails because I wasn’t aware of something I apparently should have been aware of. You can bet I went forward doing things differently. A password management system without a backup could be very difficult. I sincerely hope you have a connected device that hasn’t been synced yet. I would not have thought that deleting the Google Chrome browser history would also delete all the passwords too.

No book, activities, etc. needed. Just let them play and explore. They are learning about math and many other things all the time.

What do you think? Does this currency model have potential? I'm curious about what others on HN might think. Are there other similar models out there?
