Full Stack Product Developer (Founding Team Track – Healthcare AI & EdTech) – Remote | Full-Time | 3–7 yrs

We’re Meduniverse, a bootstrapped health-tech startup building AI.physio and Meduniverse.app, moving from MVP to a global launch. We’re looking for a full stack developer (React, Node/Python, React Native) to own product development end-to-end, lead features, and grow into a co-founder role with 10–20% equity.

What You’ll Do: Build web & mobile products, design user-centric flows, manage delivery timelines, collaborate on architecture & product strategy, and lead by example in a small, high-energy team.

Requirements: Full stack proficiency (frontend, backend, mobile), cloud (AWS), APIs, intuitive UX, proactive ownership mindset, leadership potential, and interest in healthcare/AI/ed-tech.

Compensation: ₹8–12 LPA base + 10–20% co-founder equity, with salary reviews tied to product milestones.

We:

Train healthcare pros in A1–B2 German.

Help them get placed, licensed & start a new life in Germany.

And we’re doing this with a small, fully bootstrapped team. We’ve placed 9+(more in the process) candidates already. The app is live. The use case is proven.
