Judging by the rest of Sebastian's site, I doubt it was jealousy; unless the site is a long and deep parody, the writer appears to consider himself superior to almost everyone but historical heroes.

You mean mentally ill -- depressed. Being an entrepreneur seems like the opposite of being depressed:
extremely overoptimistic vs. overrealistic (depressed people are less overoptimistic than non-depressed people)
emotionally resilient vs. easily emotionally drained
able to derive satisfaction from drudgery that will (probably) not pay off vs. unable to derive satisfaction from rewarding, constructive, fun activities
feelings of self-worth unaffected by failure vs. feelings of self-worth unaffected by success
Hire a coder from any of the outsourcing places. I hate to plug a specific link - really I do, but truth be told people can be found to do a job like that for $5.
The guy who wrote that knows he could never be as good or make as much as Patio. That's why it's strongly worded.
Alas, tone and tongue-in-cheek are not grasped well when there is shock and awe.
