Most Politicians(at least Indian) never take responsibility and the people who follow them behave the same way. They feel like if they agree that it is their fault, they will be punished or career-suicide.
If you are in a company environment, if we see our leaders/managers acknowledge it is their mistake, we also acknowledge when it is our mistake. otherwise it will be blame game.
