Much of the business is already automated (billing, onboarding, and parts of support), but there is significant room to improve systems, growth channels, and product experience.
Looking for a technical builder/operator who wants to operate and grow a small SaaS business.
Focus areas:
- improving onboarding and reducing churn
- running growth experiments (email, outbound, partnerships)
- shipping targeted product improvements
- standing up marketing and acquisition channels
- handling customer emails and occasional calls
Infrastructure scaling and feature proliferation are not the priority.
Compensation: meaningful equity and revenue share with a path to operating and eventually owning the business. A stipend may be available depending on involvement and business growth.
